ABOUT US

Ridgeway2016A.jpg

The Lincoln Concert Band is a fun-loving, non-profit group of musicians that rehearses weekly a wide variety of concert band music.  The band shares a love of music and a desire to share this interest with our community by enriching the community culture through performance.

The band’s members span all ages and backgrounds, and we are always looking for new members to come and join us.  The band meets weekly on Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Bennett Hall in Beamsville. The band has been rehearsing there since 1945.

GET INVOLVED

Join the Band

New members are always welcome! Our conductor and other band members will assist with your development as a community band player.

Attend our Concerts

We love to perform, but to do so we need an audience!

Please come to our next concert and bring your family and friends. We can’t wait to see you there!

Sponsor or Donate

We are grateful for any donations of support, including corporate sponsorships. This helps us to buy new music, host concerts and pay for concert expenses.

We acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. Today this area is home to many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous peoples.
